Review of the Nikon D300 - Part 1


I meditating I would start of by doing a two part review of the nikon D300 DSLR. In this first part I will talk about handling and the front of the camera body. The feel of the body without the optional MB-D10 battery power nice, not heavy like I imagined but for people with larger hands it may touch a bit small in the grip. The MB-D10 does really make a contrariety dispute in handeling the camera. It allso bumps the maximum frame worth from 6fps to 8fps. The camera and grip is rugged and the rubber areas make it tangled to drop the camera. It is sturdy built  with a magnesium-alloy chassi. All the buttons are conviniently placed and they are alot bigger on the D300 than on the Nikon D50 or D80.  

The camera only takes CF cards wich might be something to note, if you are using a D40, D50, D60, D80 or so on you extremity to buy new memory cards for this one.

The D300 features a 3″ LCD pomp with 920k dots (high-res!), wich is awsome when employed for live view.

The D300 as many other enthusiast and semi-pro cameras has a pop-up showy wich can be used to comand Nikon Speedlights wirelessly wich i mark is an great feature.
